Analysis:
Ice Cream Man (1995) is actually a children’s horror movie. But do not underestimate it because the violence and gore are shocking. That’s the “pro” for horror lovers.
Another “pro” for parents is the ability of this movie to instill in the children’s minds that ice cream is dirty and evil, which, in the case of ice cream vendors, is a big “con” on their part.
Going back, take note that this is a 90s kid’s movie. It has a lot of cringe-worthy scenes and lame acting. The only good thing in this movie is Clint Howard’s portrayal of the Ice Cream Man which is insanely creepy, you would never buy ice cream from him.
